5. Updates and Support

• Minor updates (2.x): Free during license period
• Major updates (3.0+): May require upgrade fee

6. Warranty and Disclaimers

8. Termination

We may terminate if you:

• Violate this Agreement
• Use fraudulent payment
• Engage in piracy
• Misuse the Software

8.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination:

• License is revoked
• You must uninstall Software
• No refund unless within refund period

9. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where the Company is registered, without regard to conflict of law principles.
